What’s Included

During your appointment, we will:

Hybrid battery diagnostics and replacement using professionally refurbished units.
If you’re purchasing a battery for pickup, please bring your old battery with you. Without it, a $400 core charge will apply.
For all in-shop replacements, we retain the old battery.
We are not general automotive mechanics—our expertise is focused solely on hybrid battery repair and replacement.
Most vehicles are completed within 1 hour, though some services may take up to 4 hours depending on complexity.

To ensure a smooth and efficient diagnostic process:

Make sure your car has enough fuel and the engine is running properly.

Clear your trunk and rear seats for easy access to the battery.

Have valid insurance and registration available (in case a test drive is needed).

If your vehicle will be towed, contact us in advance to coordinate.

Reverse park upon arrival for easier service access.
