Services
We provide hybrid and electric vehicle battery replacement, refurbishment, diagnostics, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability, technician discretion, and confirmation at the time of booking.
Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you:
Are at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent.
Own or have legal authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle in question.
Will provide accurate and complete information during booking.
Estimates, Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Estimates provided prior to service are not final until confirmed in writing by Green Shift EVs.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
Warranty & Limitations
Replacement Batteries: Warranties vary depending on battery type and condition (new or refurbished). Warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of service.
Refurbished Batteries: While we take every measure to restore battery performance, refurbished units may have shorter lifespans compared to new units.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be booked via phone, email, or our online form.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicles prior to service.
Green Shift EVs is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.
Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours after service completion unless otherwise arranged.
Disclaimer of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and quality, Green Shift EVs is not liable for:
Loss of data or saved settings in your vehicle’s onboard systems during service.
Incidental costs such as towing, rental vehicles, loss of use, or business interruption.
Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Green Shift EVs or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code, spam, or other disruptive content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Whatcom County, WA.
